How to import your data into Smashrun:

  1. To link your Nike+ account with Smashrun, go to your Smashrun Settings page > Sync.
  2. Enter your Nike+ credentials to connect your account.
  3. Set a minimum import date if you only want to import certain runs, then click sync.
  4. Whenever you have a new run, you just have to click the sync icon on Smashrun's Overview page.
