My first glycogen depleted long run turned out to be pretty regular. I've done the steady run yesterday, but today everything went pretty well.
I ate 2 gels, one after 1 hour and one after 2 hours, stomach was a little upset before first gel and I was really worried but turned out that my stomach likes gels. Everything returned to normal just before taking the first gel. Whew, I'm so lucky!
