Wanted to run an easy run per plan but also wanted to experiment with higher cadence. Increasing cadence with shorter and more steps made HR to go up and I’ve to walk most of last mile to keep the HR not going zone 4 often.
Any tips on how I can increase on cadence without increasing HR?
