Perfect day, although tail end got a bit warm (for me). Slow but steady and only a couple of interval walks. All pain free-slight feel of tendonitis but no pain!! YAY!
Also starting the fat burning mode of no food before or during run (only H2O and electrolytes), and only protein after (no carbs--well had a sandwich on wheat bread and a sample of some scone at Panera.. total calorie intake prob 420
