    26C Warm. Evening run on my minimalist flats (ie:cheap shoes). Promised myself a 10km run today and I went for it. I ran the first 5k at 170bpm then upped it to 180bpm. I think I can handle a constant 180bpm running. The only thing I couldn't handle was how my toes started to hurt in my shoes. I was wearing my running socks but my feet were 'moving' too much in these cheap shoes that both my toes were rubbing. I'm tempted to go back to my Mizuno's but I really want to nail this barefoot running
