    Felt pretty good during this run. Was able to keep a decent pace right up to 16km mark where I had to walk a bit, then take a break at 17km and again, drink a small gulp of Dr. Pepper and Pepsi, where I suddenly felt a lot better and was able to finish strong.

    I did bring about 5 dried apple slices with me and ate them at 10km, 14, 16 and ate the rest at 18km. No ill effects while eating them for my run. Will have to try Cliff Blocks next time.
