    +30C/82F. I wear camouflage hats to hide all the doubts that swirl in my mind... Ran 10km at a 6:18/km pace which is not my threshold pace by any means but I did push at 5km and 10km to see how I can hold and handle the threshold pace. I have a ways to go before I get into the transition phase but it was nice to know I can reach my threshold pace and hold when needed, especially in my target HR zones. The base phase is all about building endurance and running slow to get fast.
