    I was really getting tired and sore near the last 2km of this run and from my GCT stats, I'm seeing something very interesting and revealing 51.4%/48.6 which I can attest to as my right hip was feeling very sore. I could have toughed out to 15km, but I felt it best to quit while I was ahead and still feeling decent.

    Remember, the base building phase is not to get you in peak shape. Far from it...it's to build the foundation to get to the transition and peak phases. If I'm starting to feel sore
