    The goal here was again to run for 50 minutes of time no matter the distance. Learned something about myself on this run. After the 2 runs yesterday I was feeling fan-fucking-tastic and started out the run completely like myself, nice and easy pace just getting myself into the groove. It was after the 2nd KM I was feeling really good and started to pick up the pace and it was feeling great until I started hearing a 'popping' and felt twitching in my left knee.
