Felt great today despite the stress of having to take the girls to their Dr. appointments for follow ups. Legs felt well, again with the weird HR reading in the very beginning but once I was able to correct it I was well within my target ranges and I felt good throughout the whole run. Nice to see even splits down the end, but I think I was starting to run too fast as post workout I don't feel I have as much energy spared like previous runs. Next training run I'll run same route but really watch
