    The benefits of taking a good rest. I'm still very tired and getting my body straightened out with my sleep schedule but having taken a day off did wonders for tonight's run. I ran a little later in the evening due to a family outing but when I did get that chance to run, it turned out a lot better than I expected. Legs felt good throughout the run and my breathing is getting a lot better. Mind wandered a bit and that's where I felt myself slip but I was able to reign myself back into focus and
