    I've been slated to do some night work for the next 3 days which has completely messed up my sleep schedule and this run is very reflective of how screwed up things are. My left foot had this weird pain at the bottom of my foot and I knew something was not right so I knew instead of pushing it, I just cut the run very short. I didn't want to hurt myself and derail any of the progress that I've achieved. It's going to be like this until next week Monday.
