    After yesterday's 4 miler, I was supposed to head out to CPR and do a tempo with the group, but I worked the night before so my sleep schedule is all messed up and I have some family errands to do in the evening.

    I didn't want to miss a workout so I decided to head out late afternoon and throwdown 10 miles going nice and easy then slowly ramping up the pace the last 4 miles. I think I accomplished that, the only weird thing was I was feeling that weird twinge in my left leg from Sunday. I noti
