Marathon week and took 2 full days off from running after Saturday's LSD. Got out to shake my legs and keep them fresh. First 3km didn't feel fast to me, but checking my splits I was running too fast for a normal pace. I had to dial it back to what felt like a crawl and then found my stride during the last 3 km which I knew I was in hybrid mode. Breathing and stride and pacing is starting to feel right.
