Nice evening, my aim was to train to run on tired legs and what better way to do that than after a race the previous day. Needless to say my legs were achy the day after, but there was no discernible pain in any part of my legs. I felt I kept my pace consistent throughout the run, even during the uphill and when I was really aching coming back crossing the bridge. Finished off with a good finishing lap. Complete recovery tomorrow then speed work for Tuesday. A couple of notes: took my 10oz bottl
