    Felt good right up to 16km, then both my hamstrings started to hurt. Don't think I should have run right after eating chicken breast, coleslaw and potato salad as I felt a bit nauseous, especially coming back. I don't know what's up with my hamstrings as I wasn't extending my stride and I kept my pace very easy. I walked from 16 - 18KM and managed to salvage the run in the final 2 KMs. Carried my water bottle, a GU and my phone in case. Been very stressful the past 2 weeks and I worked late last
