    I took the day off to take mom to her medical appointments and deal with life and medical insurance issues. Wow, the whole day was spent driving, sitting in waiting rooms picking up people I dropped off early in the morning and finally getting my ass home to set up the Xmas tree...My legs were tired, but da hell...I ran. And with the stress of the day, I'm happy that my run kept me in the 150 HR zone. Snow, windy and slippery.
