    Mom requested KFC for dinner...I ate it...then I ran...holy mackeral did I want to throw up a couple of times during the run. Wore a merino wool base, synthetic overlayer and windbreaker which seems to really work well in -12C. There was a north wind so the run up north was brisk. Also started HR training. First took my resting HR over the past 3 days and it came out to a 50 resting HR. Then entered in my Max HR, so I'll train with HR over the winter and figure out a baseline.
