I had a goal in mind to run this at a steady pace for as long as possible. And I was able to do this w/o feeling any fatigue in my legs or pain in my achilles. I was finally able to figure out my ideal form for running and how to activate my glutes to keep that steady pace. I'm excited about this discovery and will work towards tweaking and making this form into the norm for me.
