    15C Sunny. After a couple of days to rest the right achilles tendon, I decided to get back into my training. I eased into my run as I could still feel my achilles sore the first km. It's when I started feeling warmed up, I was able to kick into another gear and kept my HR zone to lvl 4. I still felt 'slow' but I know I've been working on a new stride (landing on forefoot) and my speed will come again.
