    Ran in my UrbanXT shoes I got from shoe warehouse for $20.00. They are practically flat and I wanted to see if I can run in minimalist shoes. I'm experimenting on changing my stride, because I think this is where I can improve and hopefully have injury prevention. When I run in my Mizuno's I find that my right achilles hurt and are tight and it takes some distance for them to 'stretch' out. Here with these flats, I'm finding that I don't have a heel strike and I'm more prone to land on my forefo
