    Keeping it easy after yesterday's hard 5km Right Achilles is tender after yesterday's race. I'm surprise how fatigued my legs feel. A much shorter run than I had planned at the start of the year; but it's good to respond to how I'm feeling/doing. After all, I've a leap years worth of running to get through.
