    The plan called for 21km or 2 hours; whatever came first. Today it was the two hour limit. This was a run in 3 parts. First I did 9km by myself. Then I joined the University Runners pack run. Finally I did a bit more as I headed to my target (distance or time). As a result I ended up going up the horrible hill on the cycle path twice. I know hills are good for me, but that doesn't mean I enjoy them. I put that one down as a solid run (even with all the delays at traffic lights).
