    Ran 10k and felt powerful ... shame my overall pace doesn't reflect that. Anyway, it's taper time. Yay!!! I'm doing a truncated taper. 10km today. A 5k ‘race' on Tuesday. And a chill 10km on Thursday. And now, brekky. Homemade focaccia and scrambled eggs. Yum.
