    Run 10/183, another brick in the wall. I'll call that a long run. Compared to what I've been doing lately, I think it qualifies. A beautiful spring day. Many runners were out in bloom along the waterfront. I guess that with the Auckland Marathon only six weeks away, a lot of folk are getting in their 32km runs. Noticed my right foot around 11km and again at 12 1/2 km. Maybe I was a bit too pacey.
