    Run 8/183, another brick in the wall. I don’t often get to this part of town, but we’re having a strategy retreat at Castaways for the next couple of days. Do, I ran out here to meet so colleagues as we are car sharing. It was pretty cool thus morning. My hands didn’t warm up until after the first three kilometres. Running with a pack (my stuff for two days) slowed me down a bit; but it kept my pace pretty consistent. Maybe that could be a plan to get those ‘long and steady’ runs
