    Day 20/183, another brick in the wall. A glorious day for a run. Brilliant blue sky. The bright green of the trees in bud. Jolly nice. Darren, my physio, has strapped my ankle to take a bit of the load off. I noticed the strapping, but I'm not sure if it made a difference. Trying to keep it easy. Rush hour traffic makes crossing Tamaki Drive at bit tricky. Gotta stay safe.
