    Day 19/183, another brick in the wall. Some chilly (for Auckland) rain made for a fresh run. Plenty of lunchtime runners out and about on the runners superhighway—Tamaki Drive. The plan was to keep it super easy. FAIL. Far too much of this Run was at close to 5:00 min/km. I'm pretty rubbish at keep pace. I seem to have three speeds: go, push it, go hard. No grayscale.
