    Went out early again. And although it was cooler it was more humid ... and it felt like a harder run. So, I turned around at the 5 km mark. Went past the derelict Sheraton. They’re charging for cars to go up to Wigmore’s Falls. It was a less interesting run. Less to see. But maybe the extra work made it less enjoyable. Ran the last 200m along the beach. Some of the sand was very solid. Some, rather soft.
