    Winter is ‘a coming. Wet. Glad I wore contacts instead of my glasses. In fact, wet weather running is the only time I use my disposable lens (they do an okay job of correcting my vision, but not a good job). An enjoyable run. Hip/knee/foot all seemed pretty okay.
