    Day 41 of 183 in running Based on someone's comments (@ross) I thought I should do a 10km run at 5:00min/km or better. That's pretty much my goal marathon pace. So I set #runmeter to a pace window of 4:45-4:59 (GMP) and off I went. Some traffic lights, early on, threatened to put a spanner in the works. So some extra effort was called for.
