    Day 39 of 183 in running I've gotten used to this distance (again) so I wanted to push it a little. Not too hard on the way out (tailwind assist), but on the return leg it was a different story. The headwind was strong enough that, I'm trying to stick to 5min/km pace, my breathing was rather laboured; I won't have been able to hold a conversation. With an average HR of 158bpm, a good chunk of this run was more time a tempo run. So I shalln't be calling this an easy run. All in all, pretty g
