    Day 38 of 183 in running Long slow run with some hills (although I stopped at the start of the most serious one on this route). All pretty good. R abductors were a bit tight in the last few kilometres. Quite a few runners out, and not just along Tamaki Drive. I'd say 3 out of 4 were women. I think I've read something about women having different running patterns vis-a-vis time of day. As I write this I was thinking “Is it raining?” No, it's just the sweat dripping off the brim of my cap
