    Day 51 of 183 in running I had a Paper Development Workshop this morning, so I couldn't run earlier. As a result I ran pretty much in the hottest part of the day. And it was hot. Sunny; not much breeze. Phew. I was glad I took water with me. Went out fairly steadily. Around the 10km mark, some idiot pulled out in a car and I had to zig and zag. Alas that stirred up my post-tib :( Running a bit faster always seems to be easier on my post-tib, so eventually I remembered to pick up the pace.
