    Day 45 of 183 in running Not flat. Not hilly. Just right for my mid-week long run. These will continue to build until I reach 21 km, then I'll start working on my pace with them. ‘Til then, keeping it easy. A return of cold wet weather (well cold for Auckland). At least it wasn't windy. Feel quite good. But I ran along Taumata Road, where I used to live. My cats are buried there, so I felt a bit melancholy.
