    Day 43 of 183 in running. That went better than last weeks LSD run. Got my fuelling right. First breakfast (Wheetbix and milk) about 90 mins before the run; and a coffee. Then a gel after 45 minutes of run. Water as needed. All in all, a pleasant run. Not many other runners about until I hit the waterfront. Right hammy was a bit grabby, and I'm over working my left quad a bit. I'll keep an eye on that. I think I've only a couple more of runs st this distance before I start pushing it out
