    Day 42 of 183 in running Somewhat sluggish. Really began to slow around 16km, and the last few kilometres were a grind. Maybe it's because I left it too late for a gel. Maybe it's because I chased a whippet hard at about 14 km. maybe it was yesterday's gardening. Whatever the reason, the second half of this run was definitely blah. Left quad felt tight. Onward and upward.
