    It's hot in the city. It's windy too. That's unusual. Normally the buildings offer a lot of protection. But not today. There was a strong headwind no matter which direction I went. I wasn't pushing it so I am kind of happy with my pace. In fact, I'm ahead of my median pace for this route. Pretty quiet out. Then again, I rarely run on a Sunday, let alone in town on a Sunday.
