    The gps is a bit wonky on this run; I did not run across the water, nor go through buildings. But the distance and time is correct, so my average pace will be true. Didn't push too hard at the start. Didn't push too hard anywhere. BUT, I wanted to and couldn't find the oomph. So, this run is just a smidgen slower than my median on this course. Considering my lack of speed work, I feel good about it. Well ahead of my 21-ish nephew, and even further ahead of my younger brother :) That's not
