1 mile warm-up and then tempo on the trails until 1:10:00. Was slowed down on the trail proper, especially on rough terrain and hills (got turned around a few times), but had a blast. Kind of wish I'd separated the warm up from the tempo since it skews the average time. Oh well! 2.4 mile cooldown afterwards. Nice mid-run.
