An unusual run in that I had no set goals for this except to mix it up a bit, i.e., have a fairly easy effort long run with ~45 minutes to an hour of tempo pace.
I also tried out the Newton Distance IVs and love them. I'm not sure if it was the cooler weather, the new shoes, or just needing to readjust 'stronger' heart rate zones, but this run felt really good on the whole.
