    2 hour run became 2.5 hours. Zones 1 and 2, except for the last mile (mostly because I wanted to go home.)

    Lots of hills. More hills than expected. Hills are bad when you are trying to keep your heart rate down, and potentially add a half hour to your run. Want to get outside cadence similar to treadmill cadence, because.

    I was hoping to find some secret gems in Amsterdam. None found. Mostly avoided cars.
