    I was supposed to do 5x2km tempo intervals, but I struggled too much. I ran slower than I intended, had longer rest and ran only half the distance during three of the intervals. I still struggled.

    The last interval I had to skip completely, but that was due to lack of time.

    I've not had many workouts of this type lately, which is probably why it was so hard.
