    Ran with Chris and Miles :) Going for the Leap Year Sweep (again)! Repeating Daniels' Red Plan. At this (sad) stage, my running is appropriately within Phase 1. If fitness is ok after my Half this month, I'll skip to Phase 2, which is a better match for my usual long runs.
