    Chris' 2nd long run! HOT. Cramped towards the end, but pulled through. This seemed harder than my usual 9mi runs. Guess the heat didn't help. Had carrot, apple, ginger after + an Octoberfest and a pumpkin nitro (beers) post run. That pumpkin nitro, though.....
