    8mi tempo @ 8:18min/mi + 1mi w.u. and 1.5mi c.d. Much slower than my previous 8mi tempo. 40kph winds made it feel like I ran twice the distance. Also, didn't get much sleep last night + drinks out with our friend Trey. All in, still glad I went out to do this rather than turning it into an easy trudge :)
