    Mental note: I need to run those long tunnels fast or else they turn into zoom data because of the lost GPS. Hard run. Felt my right shins early on. Had to pause twice to tie my keys to my shoe and fix shoelaces bc it wasn't tight enough. 3rd pause is erroneous trackpoints. I generally dislike pausing so wasn't too happy from the start. Might have to cut back the training load to prevent injury.
