    Short run. Felt like a slog. MY quads were killing me. Not really sure why since I haven't done any hills for some time. Might just need to do more dynamic stretching before/after going for a run. Got into the habit of doing it in Perugia, but seem to have dropped it once we got to the Vineyard.
