    Not quite what I had in mind, but I'll take it. 1.3mi warm up @ 9:35 + 11mi @ 8:33min/mi (marathon pace). Needed more distance, but the wind killed me. Felt like I was working 3x as hard to stay on pace and HR seemed to indicate as such. Left lower calf was fine. No traces of any problems. Pre-fueled before this run (a 1st since I've been running long at a fasted state).
