Failed Q1. Could not complete it. Felt a dull pain on my lower right calf after the 1st interval, which turned sharp at the start of the 3rd. Had to call it. 2 weeks out before a 3wk taper. Just isn't worth the risk. Resting for 2 days, some iced veggies (on the calf!) and a compression sleeve should help sort things out :)
